Santanyí, a small jewel in the southeast of Mallorca, is a charming village with quaint cobbled streets, fishing ports and some of the best beaches on the island with crystal clear waters. By bringing the outside in, Terraza Balear captured the purity of the environment in
the interior design proposal of the L’Imperial Santanyi project to create a one-of-a-kind retreat. Natural materials such as aged natural oak wood, Travertine stone and wicker, same as a palette of neutrals bring sophistication and elegance to the design.
The open floor plan of this home allows the client’s family and friends to spend quality time together. In the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling natural oak furniture pairs beautifully with bright white surfaces, creating a light and airy atmosphere. In the dining and living areas, linen and natural oak continue the narrative started in the kitchen.
Steel blue and golden yellow introduced in decor elements tie into the colors that nature has provided outside. In the master bedroom, a Travertine accent wall is a perfect backdrop for minimalist furnishings and dreamy muted bedding.
No detail was left out in the home’s outdoor living area, and the beautiful furnishings make the backyard feel just as comfortable as the home’s interior. Similar wicker pendant lights adorn the outdoor dining area, and the lounge chairs provide a cozy yet chic place to sit by the vertical pool.
The charming and unique nature of Santanyí inspired L’Imperial Santanyí, where the architecture and furnishings flow together in the signature Terraza Balear style. By bringing the outside in, the purity of the environment is captured and showcased.
