In the coastal area of Bendinat, among luxury villas and apartments, the M14 project transformed a family vacation home into a cozy, Mediterranean-inspired retreat. Terraza Balear worked with architect Osvaldo Luppi on this 450-square- meter property, bringing to life the beautiful
architecture and stunning sea views with a rich combination of materials — including fabrics, leathers, marble and wood — in a soothing neutral color palette. The cozy feeling created in the M14 project is all-encompassing, providing its residents with a comfortable yet elegant home.
Starting in the living room, an elegant selection of furniture provides plenty of seating options, and accents of slate blue in the pillows and glass decor connect to the sea views just out of the massive floor-to-ceiling window.
Proceeding into the dining room, the fragility of handmade glass balances the strength of oak wood, the material used in the walls throughout the common areas that ties the whole design together. Beyond the common areas, the home also features four bedrooms, in which creativity is channeled with meticulous care for finishes, silhouettes and materials.
Outside, linen upholstery, simple and streamlined pieces of furniture and outdoor accessories capture the harmony and purity of the environment. The contemporary sophistication that Terraza Balear is known for takes full advantage of the unobstructed view.
The large dining area, extensive seating area and swimming pool allow clients to truly enjoy living here, relaxing and spending time together. Every detail – down to the blue accents – is taken into account to ensure a seamless transition from interior to exterior.
