San Agustín is home to the Proa project, a four-unit building that Terraza Balear has helped transform into serene and elegant retreats. In all spaces, individual modernism is unmatched and all elements are in tune to create a melodic design.
The open-concept living/dining space is grounded in warmth with natural finishes and textures.

Quality upholstery, organic motifs and floor-to-ceiling windows create a casually elegant approach maintaining a cohesive feeling throughout the space. Three bedrooms and a private terrace provide ample space for rest and relaxation in each apartment. Contemporary furniture with light linens and serene artwork in the bedrooms act as a frame for the stunning views, creating a unique interior perspective of the sublime surroundings.

The terrace, outfitted with sleek lounge furniture, bolsters an intimate and enveloping atmosphere. Outside the building, a common area with an outdoor pool and direct access to the sea create an even more magical, one-of-a-kind experience.

The Mediterranean lifestyle is what inspired Terraza Balear to create Proa, where the architecture and furnishings flow together in the signature Terraza Balear style. By bringing the outside in, we captured the purity of the environment and showcased it in our work, making a dream atmosphere for homeowners.
