The Sky Marbella is a residential development conceived for a new generation of international homeowners whose lifestyles extend beyond a single geography. In Marbella — a destination where luxury living has evolved over decades — differentiation today lies less in scale and more in the quality of spatial experience, comfort and the intelligence of interior design.
Guided by the principle One Project. One Vision, The Sky brings together architecture, interior design and technology within a coordinated concept. Developed by Rivestia Costa del Sol with architecture by Manuel Burgos, the interiors were conceived by Gunni & Trentino as a comprehensive 360º design proposal. Bespoke elements are combined with international brands such as Poliform and Inalco, creating an interior language defined by material continuity, refined craftsmanship and understated elegance, complemented by integrated lighting and technology developed with Illusion.
The main living level is organised as an open and fluid sequence where the living room, dining area, kitchen and lounge coexist within a continuous space designed for everyday living and social interaction. Rather than compartmentalising functions, the layout encourages visual flow, allowing natural light and the surrounding landscape to become active elements of the interior experience. A calm material palette forms the foundation of the space, where soft neutral tones and refined surfaces create a sense of balance and warmth. In the living area, modular seating and sculptural tables introduce comfort and informality, while maintaining clear views toward the terrace and the sea horizon.
The dining area extends naturally from the living space, positioned between interior and exterior. Large sliding glass doors allow the space to open completely toward the terrace, reinforcing a lifestyle in which indoor and outdoor living merge seamlessly. The kitchen acts as the central hub of the home. Designed with Poliform cabinetry in Ottone metallic finish and Inalco surfaces, it combines technical precision with a refined aesthetic. The central island functions both as a preparation area and a social gathering point, reinforcing the kitchen’s role as the heart of the house while connecting directly to the outdoor kitchen.
The upper level is dedicated to rest and privacy, where the interior design adopts a softer and more intimate atmosphere. The master bedroom is conceived as a tranquil retreat defined by natural tones, tactile fabrics and carefully balanced proportions. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames views of the surrounding landscape, allowing natural light to become an integral part of the space.
The adjacent dressing room integrates Poliform’s Senzafine system, offering a tailored storage solution that combines functionality with a refined visual language. In the bathroom, Inalco surfaces shape countertops and wall cladding, creating a clean and continuous material expression. Bespoke furniture designed by Gunni & Trentino complements the space, completing an environment defined by precision, calmness and timeless elegance.
Outdoor spaces are conceived as a natural extension of the interior design, reinforcing the fluid lifestyle that defines the villa. Terraces, lounge areas and the garden unfold as interconnected environments where interior comfort continues outdoors. Carefully selected materials, soft furnishings and outdoor furniture create a cohesive atmosphere, maintaining the same refined palette and sense of calm present inside the house.
The terraces host both dining and relaxation areas designed for everyday living, shaded by generous overhangs that filter the southern light. At the centre of the exterior composition, the swimming pool reflects light back into the interiors and enhances the dialogue between water, landscape and living spaces. The result is an outdoor environment where design, comfort and views come together to shape a relaxed coastal way of life.
