An inviting Mediterranean home where you can feel the warmth of being reunited with those you love the most. A welcoming, intimate, heartfelt atmosphere in which sharing is a joy. This has been the feeling that has guided us when designing the interiors of Can Moragues.
A unique enclave between the splendor of the Tramuntana Mountains and the immense Mediterranean Sea frames this house, designed by the architect Bernardo Oliver Jaume. The fresh scent of carob trees and rosemary invites you to breathe deeply and be present.
The gaze wanders between hues of terracotta, orange and yellow. In the living room, the large Lucrezia sofa by Maxalto welcomes the family for pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace, while in the dining room, the Intoto table by Maxalto invites them to enjoy unforgettable slow-paced meals. These spaces open onto the garden through large windows and glass doors, merging the boundaries between indoors and outdoors so you can always enjoy the green of the leaves and the blue of the sky.
In the master bedroom, the evening light streams through the large window, drawing warm reflections on the wall. Here, neutral tones, open spaces and pleasant-touch fabrics bring the necessary harmony, creating a frank yet sophisticated atmosphere that invites relaxation.
Its interior embraces and soothes, but the heart of Can Moragues beats outdoors. There, in the shade of a fig tree, you will find a large table that can seat sixteen family members at the same time. The space delights its inhabitants because they can get together every holiday after being away from each other in Germany.
This space embodies a fulfilled dream and reflects all affection breathed into Can Moragues. Indeed, the leitmotif of this house, created out of love and for love, is as follows “Every member of the family has their own private space and a chair at the table.
