VILLA QUANTUM

Villa Quantum is a Mediterranean residence with a strong Brutalist character, defined by exposed concrete, clean geometries and generous volumes. The architecture gives the home a powerful identity, where structure, material and proportion become the starting point of the interior design concept. Gunni & Trentino developed the full interior design of the villa as a natural extension of its architecture, introducing warmth, comfort and balance through a carefully curated selection of furniture, materials and finishes.

Promoted by Heinz Winteren, with architecture by Albero Cano, the project reflects an integrated approach in which architecture, interiors and outdoor living are conceived as part of the same experience. The villa is almost entirely furnished by Minotti, whose pieces bring a coherent language of comfort, proportion and contemporary Italian design throughout the home. This selection reinforces the overall concept of the project: a residence of strong architectural presence, softened by refined furniture, natural textures and a fluid connection with the landscape.

The daytime area is designed as an open and connected living space, where interior and exterior are in constant dialogue. The living room, dining area and kitchen share a common language of neutral tones, natural textures and precise lines, creating a balanced atmosphere within the strength of the concrete structure. In the living area, the Minotti furniture selection brings comfort and scale to the architectural volume.

The pieces introduce softness, depth and sculptural presence, creating a refined space for everyday living without competing with the architecture.The kitchen and dining area is conceived as a functional and welcoming space, open to the surroundings and designed for both daily use and entertaining. Clean lines, warm materials and carefully selected furniture create continuity between the different areas of the home.

The night area offers a more private and intimate reading of the project. In the master bedroom and additional bedroom, the interior design softens the architectural language through textiles, natural materials and a calm palette of tones.

The furniture selection reinforces this sense of comfort and balance, creating bedrooms that feel serene, functional and connected to the exterior. Each space has been designed to maintain the coherence of the overall project while responding to the more personal rhythm of the private areas.

The outdoor areas extend the interior design concept towards the landscape. Terraces, shaded pergolas and poolside spaces follow the same principles of proportion, comfort and material coherence, creating a seamless transition between the home and its surroundings. Minotti outdoor collections help define these areas as functional and refined spaces for Mediterranean living.

The furniture brings comfort and continuity to the exterior, creating settings for rest, gathering and everyday enjoyment. The infinity pool completes the project, introducing freshness, openness and a sense of calm within the architectural strength of the villa.
