Villa V

Refined forms, precise proportions, elegant and discreet structures. The contemporary architectural references resonate with a villa by the seaside. An ode to calm, harmony and joy.

Located in an exclusive neighbourhood with a soothing atmosphere in the Southwest of Mallorca, a 650 m2 Villa V has been designed as a peaceful home that feels joyful to return to, uplifting and cherish. This project is the result of a fruitful collaboration with Eximius Properties.

Breathing in a joyful contemporary spirit
Flow that allows the interior to breath

Flow encompasses both practicalities and the feel of how you move around the ground floor and the things you see. The open plan concept integrates the kitchen, living room and dining room, while the language of the interiors, in turn, merges with the exterior, creating a seamless transition with the surroundings. It is all about the flow.

In the living room, the sofa is Groundpiece and the armchair is Guscio alto, both designed by Antonio Citterio for Flexform. The rug is Ballpoint by Jan Kath.
The dining area is brought together by dining table Sk08 Butterfly by Stefan Knopp for Janua, dining chairs Husk by Patricia Urquiola for B&B Italia and luminaires Mito sospeso from Occhio.

A room with an elegant and soothing flavour

One of the most important rooms of the house, the master bedroom, is a great place to start and to finish every day with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea. The elegant, placid and endlessly versatile neutrals dress the space along with the finest textures. The mix of beddings to sink into is a crucial ingredient of the room, which is inherent to the flavour.

This room has a great selection of furniture designed by Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti: Tatlin bed, night tables Cesar night tables and Freeman Bench. On the terrace, the armchairs and the bed are Tosca by Monica Armani, the side tables are Drops by Verónica Martínez, all for Tribù.

Revitalizing the mind, body and soul

Villa V outdoor area offers a great space for conversation, informal meals and even working while enjoying plenty of natural light and sea views. Outdoor furniture follows the theme of the space as a whole, echoing the lines and colours of the surroundings. The poolside invites one to enjoy the whispering wind among the leaves and the murmur of water.

In the outdoor lounge area, sofa Senja by Studio Segers and daybed Tosca by Monica Armani, both from Tribù. Coffee tables are Sciara by Marella Ferrera for Paola Lenti and Drops by Verónica Martínez for Tribù. Poufs are Nido by Patricia Urquiola and Eliana Gerotto, and lanterns are Agadir by CRS Paola Lenti, all from Paola Lenti.
